Salmon Creek Trail
This is one of my favorite photos of one of the trails I walk when I get my enthusiasm up. It is only 3 miles long -- one day I should re-walk it to my starting point!
It's a very beautyful place for a walk, very peaceful.Your picture sems to have been taken in autumn; I guess the road leads to a river where people fish salmons?
The paved trail is all along the river -- close by but not always next to the trail that is. That is why it winds so much. Yes, Salmon Creek was a great provider of fish for the early settlers and Indian tribes that lived around here many years ago. Today, there is still fish in the river and you do see fishermen trying to get a catch for the day. This is just one part of the 3 mile trail.

The photo was taken in the summer time. The reeds and grasses are that color -- that's why I like this photo so much!
